Artisan Cocktail Bar & Grill: A Culinary Gem in Ryde

Such an amazing place and the manager Abi went nothing but above and beyond to try and help me tick off one of my targets for my bucket list..... Even though it didn't happen this time round I can say nothing but amazing things about this place. All staff were really friendly and moved us somewhere warmer when a space became available. Drinks were so scrumptious I had no problem to consume them Thank you for a great night!!

Enjoyed roast food after original venue let us down, great service nice people however it was card only no cash - note to owner - you gotta take cash, legal tender! Hence 4 stars not 5.

Popped in for a quick lite bite. Was not disappointed and the service was very good. The decor is very artisan and it has a relaxed atmosphere to it. Some very unusual lights as well. Wish I had taken more photos. Ablutions were downstairs , very clean and tidy. I do not know if there is wheelchair access to these facilities. I would stop to eat and drink here again.

We just ate at the Artisan, originally the burgers came out without the cheese on them that we ordered, to which we said there was no cheese, they took these back straight away and a few minutes came back with cheese. Once our meal was over and we got the bill, they had given us our drinks for free because of the mistake with the cheese. Incredible service from the team and the food tasted great. We will definitely be back after this wonderful experience. Give those staff a pay rise they deserve it!

Great place with cool decor and relaxed atmosphere. It wasn't too busy with a few tables to choose from. Tables were clean and the interior was well laid out. Staff were helpful, friendly and chatty. All of our group were happy with their meals, portions were good and the food well cooked and presented. My daughter said 'the lamb is so tender and even the cabbage tastes great!' The upstairs cocktail bar looked really cool and we'd love to have been able to try it out in the evening (but have the kids). Toilets were downstairs, clean and in good order. All in all very good and well recommended.

Really impressed with the roast, at 8pm on a Sunday! Thank you to the chef!! Beef and veg was spot on, the puree jus or what ever it was, was bloody lovely

Lovely atmosphere, great surroundings, friendly staff, excellent cocktails and food. We ordered 2 cocktails on happy hour and the quality of the cocktails was superb. The Cherry Smoked old fashioned was a great bit of theatre and tastes fantastic. We ordered a shared steak board - the steak was cooked to perfection and the whole board was excellent. Menu is somewhat limited but the steak board really is excellent. Staff very friendly and attentive. Well recommended.
